Lisa came to coaching after pursuing her own inner passion and living her own dream. An avid lover of music and movies, she dreamed of working backstage and being part of the magic that was created by performance. At 21 years old, she followed her dream from the Midwest to San Francisco and began her career in film, television, and music. This led to a production position on a World Tour with recording artist Janet Jackson. Having spent 15 years in the entertainment industry as a Producer, Promoter, and Production Manager, Lisa has real-life experience in “creating a life you love.”

A marketing career followed and after a corporate layoff post-9/11, Lisa wanted to follow a more meaningful path in her work and sought the guidance of a life coach. Through this work, she decided to study life coaching and founded her own company, The Inner Sea, where she brings her life experiences as a businesswoman, single mother, and personal growth enthusiast to inspire and guide others as they create the dynamic, fulfilling life they have always dreamed of.

Lisa is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She received her professional life coach training from the International Coach Academy and is an active member of the coaching community. She lives in the Chicago area with her partner, Steve, and her son, Zac. At work on her next book, she continues to work with her own life coach as she pursues her own goals and dreams.
